How do you usually relax? I'm sure everyone has their own way of doing this, but for me it's stretching and weight training.
When people are stressed or depressed, most of them lose confidence in themselves.At times like that, it's great to do some simple exercises that will help you improve in the easiest way. That's why I do stretching and muscle training.
The exercises can be anything, but I think splits and abdominal exercises, which will make visible progress, are the best.
